Baltimore super middleweights Henry "Hurricane" Mayes and Willie "For Real" Williams battled to a six-round majority draw tonight at the Wicomico Youth and Civic Center in Salisbury, MD.
According to boxing reporter Tom Luffman, Mayes and Williams punished each other for the bulk of the bout and Mayes won one of the scorecards, 58-57. The other two had the bout even at 57-57.
Williams's record is now 11-2-1, three KO's while Mayes is 7-6-2, four KO's.

Henry threw some big bombs in the middle rounds as did Willie.They traded back and forth and just when you thought Henry would take Willie out,He'd come back and just when you thought Willie had Henry out, the Hurricane would slip out.It was a tough draw. These 2 will go at it again at Martin's west in November.
