Upper Marlboro, MD super middleweight
Alantez "SlyAza" Fox didn't let a cut deter him from putting together a nice performance in winning a 10-round unanimous decision over Marcos "Madman" Hernandez on Saturday at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall in Los Angeles, CA. The bout headlined a PBC Fight Night telecast on
FS1 and Fox Deportes.
In the fourth round, the two boxers clashed heads and Fox suffered a cut over his left eye. Fox went back to work and used an outstanding jab to control the rest of the bout and win by scores of 96-94, 97-93 and 98-92.
Fox raises his record to 27-2-1, 12 KO's while Hernandez falls to 14-4-1, three KO's.
