Fresh off his NABA-USA Cruiserweight title win on March 3rd, Baltimore, MD's "Slick" Nick Kisner returns quickly to action and will challenge Herve Lofidi of Rouen, Seine-Maritime, France in a 12-round bout for the vacant WBA Inter-Continental Cruiserweight title on Friday, March 30th at the Palace Des Sports Marcel Cerdan in Levaillois-Perret, Hautes-De-Seine, France.
Kisner (20-4-1, six KO's) defeated Brian Holstein on March 3rd in Columbus, OH by 10-round unanimous decision to win his second NABA-USA title. This is Kisner's second attempt to win the WBA Inter-Continental title. In his first overseas trip, Kisner lost by fourth-round knockout to undefeated Ryan Merhy for the Inter-Continental title on December 16th in Charleroi, Belgium.
Lofidi (7-2, three KO's) is the French Cruiserweight champion and he is riding a two-bout winning streak including a first-round knockout of Siril Makaidi on January 20th at the Palace Des Sports Marcel Cerdan.
Neither boxer has gone 12 rounds in their career. Kisner has been 10 rounds twice while Lofidi has never been past the eighth round.
