Undefeated Waldorf, MD junior welterweight Mike "Yes, Indeed" Reed has a new opponent for his Saturday, October 4 bout at Bally's in Atlantic City, NJ.
Reed will now face veteran Juan Manuel Montiel of Mexico City, MX in a six-round contest. This will be another Top Rank card appearance for Reed (10-0, six KO's.)
Montiel (7-6-3, two KO's) competes for the first time since being stopped in the eighth round by Abner Cotto in July of 2012 in Las Vegas, NV.
