DC super featherweight Ron "Teflon" Boyd returns to action in a six-round co-feature bout on Saturday, May 23 at the Woodlands Resort in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Boyd has a record of 6-6, two KO's, but five of those losses have come in his last six bouts, including a six-round unanimous decision loss to Ikem Orji on April 24 in Westminster, MD.
Boyd will try to turn his fortunes around against undefeated Antonio Espinosa of West New York, NJ. Espinosa (10-0, one KO) is coming off a six-round unanimous decision victory over Darrell Martin on April 11 at The Woodlands.
