This sounds more like an old school pro wrestling or roller derby article, but Wednesday's nationally televised bout between Hasim "The Rock" Rahman and James "Lights Out" Toney at the Pechanga Resort and Casino in Temecula, CA has apparently amounted to a "Loser Leaves Boxing" bout.
The bout, actually (and appropriately) called "Last Chance," will be a 12-round contest for the NABO Heavyweight title. But at their final press conference, both men apparently agreed that the loser should no longer be considered a legitimate prizefighter.
To paraphrase legendary Roller Derby announcer Dick Lane in the Raquel Welch movie Kansas City Bomber, "The loser must leave boxing forever! And forever is a VERY long time!"
Here's more on the combatants final words from my Fightnews.com colleague Francisco Salazar.

Now with that news, lets all pray to the great god of boxing that Rahman loses. Then he can go quietly into the night and the sport will be better without him.
