Just a reminder: "The Contender" Season 3" begins tonight on ESPN at 10 PM ET.
As we've said, this year's edition is loaded with Beltway flavor. Of course, the host is Sugar Ray Leonard. One of the new trainers is Jose "Pepe" Correa and one of the participants this season is Henry "Sugar Poo" Buchanan.
As soon as ESPN.com gets its Contender page going, I'll provide a link here. I'll also try to have Beltway-themed Contender updates every week as well.
By the way, according to a press release, the prize money going to the winner has gone back up to the first season mark of one million dollars. Last year, the prize was $500,000.

One of those sites is still talking about last year's show. The other one has videos but no bios yet. That's the one I'm waiting on.
