Silver Spring, MD light heavyweight George "El Gallo" Armenta returns to action in a scheduled six-round contest against Charles Hayward of Philadelphia, PA on Friday, September 30 at the National Guard Armory in Philadelphia.
Armenta (13-7, 11 KO's) has lost his last three contests against solid competition including Mark Tucker, Edwin Rodriguez and Elvin Ayala. Hayward (7-2, three KO's) is coming off back-to-back second round TKO's in Hamilton Township, NJ earlier this year.
