Congratulations on making it to 1000. What you are to be congratulated for is the fact that even when it seems that the blog is divisive and filled with competitive haters from Va. to Md or fighters to promoters or other fighters (or matchmakers!), it has been a very unifying presence. It is the home voice for all of us in the industry around the Beltway, and has real meaning to everyone.
The job that you do is incredible and is beyond a labor of love.
Thank you.

I agree with Chris. Another thing I like: the blog is also a nice source of history for (relatively) new fans such as myself.

So congrats, and keep up the good work!

Gary,

You are the best at what you do. These blogs let people spread the word of a boxer they represent and it also gets boxers mad at each which sets up good fights.

Readers and bloggers sometimes go over-board with their posts and comments but it is only their opinion. Your blog allows this to a certain degree and you should be commended for your loyal participation and marketing of boxing and boxers along the DC beltway.

Best of luck in 2008.

P Money!
