Tim Coleman Fights in Phoenixville March 30!

Undefeated Baltimore welterweight prospect Tim Coleman is back in action on Friday, March 30 at Phoenixville High School in Phoenixville, PA.

Coleman (8-0, two KO's) will face off against Jason Jordan of Akron, OH (3-6-2) in a six-round contest. Coleman is coming off a six-round unanimous decision victory over Julio Cesar Lanzas on February 17 at Suitland High School.

Jordan recently finished a stretch in which he fought three times in 14 days, going 1-1-1 in that stretch. The loss came in Jordan's last outing, a four-round unanimous decision to Jason Cintron on February 23 in Lancaster, PA. Six days earlier, Jordan scored perhaps his biggest victory, winning an eight-round majority decision over Frankie Zepeda in Indianapolis, IN.

It's interesting to note that Jordan has been coming down from middleweight to welterweight. Earlier in his career, Jordan lost a four-round unanimous decision to Matt Berkshire, who will face Jessie Nicklow on May 11 at DuBurns Arena in Baltimore.
