I've covered the Boxing scene in the Washington, DC/Baltimore area for 36 years. I was inducted into the Washington, DC Boxing Hall of Fame in November, 2009. I am also a feature writer for Fightnews.com. I was the play-by-play announcer on the TV series "Boxing Spotlight" which highlighted pro boxing along the Beltway. Cassandra is very attractive, but she is not the one with the blonde hair.
You're probably thinking of Wanda Bruce. She has been working primarily with the "A Ring of Their Own" all-female cards as the matchmaker.

Yes, that is the one I was thinking of. Bruce. She was on Sportstalk with Glen Harris. Who is this Cassandra lady? I like that the women are venturing into the local boxing scene.
Man my boy "Too Sharp" got beat down. He was great in his day but time to hang them up and get a 9-5.

cassandra white is the girl who always wears tight shorts, short dresses and shirts that show half of her boobs. trust me, you cannot miss her. she will not allow you to miss her. i hear she will also be the main ring girl at the fights tonight. she knows how to save money. why hire a ring girl when u have the curves of cassandra white. Trin that bush girl, and good luck with the fights.

Dear Spank Em Hank, do you work for miss white? If so, she should give you raise because you just sold me a ticket. I want to see that jungle down there in person. I truly hope she dont trim nothing. I enjoy getting lost in the jungle as long as no strange animal bites my spitting lizzard.
Let me put a rumor to rest. I have asked this to Cassandra and she says she will NOT be the ring card girl at tonight's show.
She has got too much going on with the card to be involved in that situation.
