November Beltway Schedule Looks Loaded!

The Saturday, November 2nd card at MGM National Harbor Casino in Oxon Hill, MD is just the beginning of what should be a very exciting month for Beltway Boxing.  Here is what is currently on the schedule:

Friday, November 1st -- Sam's Town Hotel and Gambling Hall, Las Vegas, NV.  Baltimore, MD rookie super featherweight Malik "King" Warren makes his Mayweather Promotions debut against the debuting Shauncy Perry of Jonesboro, AR.  Warren made a successful pro debut in his hometown on July 27th, scoring a second-round TKO over Davonte McCowen.

Saturday, November 9th -- Chukchansi Park, Fresno, CA.  Upper Marlboro, MD super featherweight Lamont Roach, Jr. challenges WBO Super Featherweight champion Jamel 'Semper Fi" Herring of Cincinnati, OH for the championship in a 12-round encounter that will be shown on ESPN+.

Saturday, November 9th -- Staples Center, Los Angeles, CA.  Washington, DC super middleweight Gregory "Glizzy" Clark will be in a six-round contest against undefeated Alexis Espino of Las Vegas.  Clark (4-4-1, one KO) looks to bounce back from a first-round TKO loss to Jonathan Esquivel on July 13th in Carson, CA.  Espino (4-0, three KO's) scored a third-round TKO over Oscar Soto on August 24th in Hermosillo, Mexico.

Saturday, November 9th -- Exposition Building, Portland, ME.  Baltimore super featherweight Jahmal Dyer battles "The Silent Assassin" William Foster of New Haven, CT in a contest scheduled for eight rounds.  Dyer (9-2, five KO's) lost his last bout by eight-round unanimous decision to Andres Cortes on April 5th in Las Vegas.  This will be Dyer's third straight bout against an undefeated boxer.  Foster (10-0, seven KO's) comes off a fourth-round TKO win over Ramon Elizer Esperanza on May 10th in Springfield, MA.

Saturday, November 9th -- Rock Hill, SC.  Dundalk, MD super featherweight Dorian Bostic will be in a four-round bout against an opponent to be determined.  Bostic, who is originally from Cheraw, SC, made his pro debut on May 25th and registered a first-round knockout over Gerel Thomas on May 25th in Charlotte, NC.

Saturday, November 9th -- Orange County High School, Orange, VA.  Undefeated Salisbury, MD welterweight "Nasty" Nigel Fennell is in a four-round bout against Corey Champion of Louisa, VA.  Fennell (5-0, four KO's) comes off a six-round unanimous decision win over Darel Harris on September 14th in Sterling, VA.  Champion (1-0) won his pro debut with a third-round TKO over Dustin Michael Lanning on July 20th at Orange County High School.

Thursday, November 14th -- Washington Hilton Hotel, Washington, DC.  The final "Fight Night" Fight For Children takes place on this night. So far, no Beltway Boxers are scheduled for the card but the main event is a 10-round contest for the USBA Super Lightweight title.  Sonny Fredrickson of Toledo, OH (21-1, 14 KO's) defends the title against Samuel "Tsunami" Teah of Philadelphia, PA by way of Monrovia, Liberia (15-3-1, seven KO's).

Saturday, November 16th -- La Fontaine Bleue, Glen Burnie, MD.  The Shabazz Brothers card is scheduled to feature undefeated Baltimore super middleweight Lorenzo "Truck" Simpson (5-0, four KO's) in the main event.

Wednesday, November 27th -- Castleton Banquet and Conference Center, Windham, NH.  Undefeated Baltimore Heavyweight Cassius Chaney makes a relatively quick return to the ring in an eight-round bout against Nick Jones of Okmulgee, OK.  Chaney (17-0, 11 KO's) last fought on October 11th and scored a first-round knockout over Santander Silgado in Hartford, CT. The win was Chaney's third straight first-round knockout and sixth consecutive knockout overall.  Jones (7-2, five KO's) has suffered two straight knockout losses including a fourth-round knockout loss to Rodney Hernandez on December 8th in La Puente, CA.
