Reed (23-2, 12 KO's) looks to break a two-bout losing streak which includes a 10-round unanimous decision loss to Arnold Barboza, Jr. in March of 2018 in Carson, CA. Cruz (25-13, 15 KO's) comes off a fourth-round TKO over Juan Valdez on March 28th in Guasave, Mexico.
