Williams, Jr. Suffers Fourth-Round Knockout In WBC Title Clash Against Stevenson!

Laurel, MD light heavyweight Thomas "Top Dog" Williams, Jr. was outgunned in his bid for the WBC Light Heavyweight championship tonight as Adonis "Superman" Stevenson of Quebec, Canada scored a fourth-round knockout at the Centre Videotron in Quebec City.  The bout was shown on Spike TV.

Stevenson dropped Williams with an overhand left in the first round.  However, Williams showed a lot of heart and landed hard shots in the second and third round.  Stevenson did wobble a little bit but did not go down.

Williams drops to 20-2, 14 KO's. Stevenson made the eighth successful defense of his title and raised his record to 28-1, 23 KO's.
