Beltway Boxers, Including DC Chair Weers, Capture Ringside Titles In Missouri!

A number of Beltway amateurs captured championships at the Ringside World Championships in Independence, MO this week.  Here is the list of champions:

Ragahleak Bartee of Washington, DC won the Boys Intermediate Open, 13-14, 81-85 pound division.

Salvador Escamilla of Capitol Heights, MD won the Boys Junior Open, 15-16, 107-110 pound class.

Stefon McCray of Windsor Mill, MD captured the Men's Senior Novice, 19-40 Red, 179-201 pound division.

Jordan Roach of Upper Marlboro, MD won the Boys Intermediate Open, 13-14, 66-70 pound division.

Stacey Selby of DC won the Men's Youth Novice 17-18, 115-123 pound division.

Quincey Williams of DC captured the Boys Intermediate Open 13-14, 86-90 pound division.

Also capturing a Ringside title was Adam Weers of Washington, DC who won a Men's Masters title during the week.  Weers is also the chair of the DC Boxing And Wrestling Commission.  He is pictured alongside the Chair of the Potomac Valley Association of USA Boxing, Marshall Cunningham.
