Forestville, MD light welterweight Mykal "The Professor" Fox has signed a promotional deal with King's Promotions of Reading, PA.
The 19-year-old undefeated prospect (7-0, two KO's) turned pro in April of 2014 after participating in more than 100 amateur bouts. The 6'4" Fox is the younger brother of undefeated junior middleweight Alantez, who is a DiBella Entertainment signee. The Fox Brothers are trained by their father, Troy, at the Lloyd Irvin Academy in Temple Hills, MD.
King's Promotions, led by promoter Marshall Kauffman, promoted a card at the Washington Convention Center on August 28. Fox's signing is a result of a growing partnership between Kauffman and Beltway promoter/matchmaker Ross Molovinsky who helps with promotions and talent recruitment.
