Late result from the Buffalo Run Casino in Miami, OK where Baltimore welterweight Kevin "The Scarecrow" Womack, Jr. took a bout on relatively short notice on May 30 and managed to get an eight-round draw against Jesse Cook of Seneca, MO.
In something you don't see often, all three judges scored the bout a draw, 75-75. Womack has a knockout win and two draws in his last three bouts against opponents with a combined record of 22-5-1.
Womack (5-5-3, three KO's) is still slated to participate on the Shawstyle Promotions/Shabazz Productions card on Saturday, June 20 at Martin's West in Woodlawn, MD.
