Two Beltway Boxers weighed in Friday for bouts in North Carolina and Kansas.
Tyrieshia Douglas and her opponent Shanna Allen both weighed 118 pounds for their contest at the Ring of Dreams Boxing Gym in Winston-Salem, NC. Douglas is 6-0, two KO's while Allen is 0-2.
At the Beech Activity Center in Wichita, KS, Maxell Taylor (18-8-1, eight KO's) weighed in at 183 pounds for his contest against undefeated Jeff Page, Jr. (14-0, nine KO's) for the UBF Intercontinental Light Heavyweight title. Page tipped the scales at 174. We mention the title because, since Taylor came in over the light heavyweight limit, he is ineligible to win the title.
