Dontre King landed a solid right hand to the head of Norman Allen that dropped him to the canvas in the opening minute of round one. Allen never recovered and referee Kenny Chavalier stopped the bout at 2:48 of round one.
King moves to 7-14-1 while Allen falls to 6-10.
