These are the pictures of the contract that was signed by Scott Sigmon for the proposed bout with Kelly Pavlik. Draw your own conclusions.

What happened was Kelly Pavlik verbally agreed and then when his promter sent him the contract he wouldn't sign and he said no. It doesn't get much lower than that.
gary have you stooped so low as to put pictures of ficticious contracts on your site to try to promote Hensleys people. Stick to the real stuff man. Anybody can sign a piece of paper and say what ever they want. The fight isn't happening and never was this was just a promotional ploy. You know it I know it and BOZO knows it.
If Cujo is so horrible, Pavlik needs to put his money where his mouth is and fight him. My money would be on Sigmon. If Pavlik grew some balls after all this I would be on a flight out to Vegas to see this fight- The bonus would be to see all those Southwest Virginia fans hoop and holler and go wild when Sigmon wins... Team Cujo.
Just because you sign a contract doesn't mean you have a deal. On our side, we usually have more than one contract floating for a fight and pick the one we feel best about, based on a number of factors, including ticket sales. Lack of business generation was probably the reason why Sigmon's contract was not pursued and not signed on the other side. I've also heard that Hensley is an idiot factored in too. Run as far away from Joe if you want to climb up the ranks. The big guys don't respect him at all.
These papers you call a contract are good for two things. One is starting a fire in your fireplace and the other is wiping your ass with it.I am surprised that Digital has gotten so involved in this matter.Guess he has his reasons for stiring the pot.
OMG!!!!!! Get over it already!!!!It's not the only fight out there. Not surprized it didnt happen, 2 fighters not on same level at all.Instead of bashing Pavlik, give the guy a break, went from world champ to rock bottom and now climbing back up,kudos to Kelly, and good luck in the future.Cujo there will be other fights, have a little respect, best of luck to you too.
Again, you have to give credit where credit is due. Sigmon was willing and eager to step up, regardless of what you think of his ability. I personally think he has improved. Pavlik did not want to take a chance, plain and simple. "Club" fighter or not, Pavlik thought enough of Cujo NOT to fight him. And it wasn't Cujo who said no to the fight.

One signature on a contract means nothing!!! Takes two parties to have a contract
