BATB has learned that undefeated Oxon Hill, MD light heavyweight Alexander "The Great" Johnson has been added to the December 30 boxing card at the Morongo Casino Resort in Cabazon, CA. This is the same card that Jessie Nicklow is headlining against Jermain Taylor.
Johnson (12-0, five KO's) will be facing Luis "El Leon" Garcia (11-0, nine KO's) of Cork, Ireland by way of Cuba in a bout scheduled for eight or 10 rounds. BATB has been told that bout will be part of the ShoBox telecast.
Andre Dirrell will also be a part of the card. This is mentioned because Johnson has been sparring with both Dirrell Brothers (Andre and Anthony) to help them get ready for future fights.

I think Johnson is the most underrated fighter in the area. I looked forward to seeing him upset the Cuban.
