Oxon Hill, MD light heavyweight Alexander "The Great" Johnson will be involved in his biggest bout to date as he takes on fellow undefeated boxer Farah "Quiet Storm" Ennis of Philadelphia, PA on Saturday, April 2 at Bally's in Atlantic City, NJ.
Johnson (10-0, four KO's) is coming off a second-round TKO over Andre Espeut on November 6 in Waldorf, MD. Ennis (17-0, 11 KO's) stopped Victor Lares in the seventh round at Harrah's in Atlantic City to win the vacant NABF Super Middleweight title. BATB has learned through a press release that Ennis will NOT defend his title against Johnson.
Ennis is the younger brother of junior middleweight contender Derek "Pooh" Ennis, who is the USBA Junior Middleweight champion.
