There are reports that USBA Junior Welterweight champion Tim "Pitbull" Coleman of Baltimore may be involved in an IBF Elimination contest against Victor Cayo of the Dominican Republic. The bout would be held on Friday, April 29 at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas and would be the main event on ESPN2.
Cayo is currently ranked third by the IBF, Coleman is slated fifth. Ironically, another Beltway Boxer -- Lamont Peterson -- is ranked fourth by the IBF.
