Oxon Hill, MD middleweight Ian "Dancer" Cokley scored a first-round technical knockout over Tony Gaines, Jr. of Wilson, NC on Saturday, July 17th at the Greenville Marriott in Greenville, SC.
Cokley pummeled Gaines from the opening bell and never let up. Gaines offered no resistance whatsoever. Gaines took a knee, then rose and turned his back to Cokley. Referee Wayne Spinola mercifully stopped the bout at 2:13 of the round. Cokley remains undefeated at 4-0, two KO's. Gaines is 0-2.
