Originally, there were four Beltway Boxers slated to be on the King's Promotions card on Friday, November 16th at the Sands Bethlehem Events Center in Bethlehem, PA. Two of those boxers are now completely off the card and one local will replace another.
Washington, DC boxers Joshua "Dynamite" Davis and Daron "Sweet Tay" Williams, who were slated to be in two of the feature bouts on the card, are both off the card entirely. No reason was given why they were taken off the card.
"The Lion King" Jonathan Burrs of Frederick, MD was scheduled to take on Ricky Nuno of Bethlehem, PA in a four-round middleweight bout. However, Burrs is out and he will be replaced by another Beltway Boxer, Ashton "The Goon" Sykes of Columbia, MD. Sykes (2-2) is coming off a tough six-round TKO loss to Donald Wallace on August 18th at Live! Casino in Hanover, MD.
The four-round light heavyweight bout between Travis "Holy"Toledo of Baltimore, MD and Kendall Cannida of Philadelphia, PA is still on the card.
