Here are a couple of updates from a very busy September 8th date. The 10-round bout for the vacant IBF International Super Flyweight championship between Bethesda, MD's Alexandru "Spartan" Marin and Bruno Escalante of Redwood City, CA will be the feature bout on the undercard of "SuperFly 3" from the Forum in Inglewood, CA and will be streamed live on the 360 Promotions website www.360Promotions.us and all 360 Promotions’ Social Media Platforms, (Facebook and Twitter). The undercard is scheduled to get underway at 7 PM ET.
Meanwhile, another Beltway Boxer is slated to compete on what will be a very busy day. Baltimore, MD light heavyweight Travis "Holy" Toledo will be in a four-round contest against Tahlik Taylor of Freeport, NY at the Showboat Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. Toledo, a native of The Bronx, NY (1-0, one KO) made his pro debut on June 29th and scored a second-round TKO over Marvin Johnson at Martin's West in Woodlawn, MD. Taylor (3-11-1, one KO) also fought his last contest on that June 29th card in Woodlawn and lost a four-round unanimous decision to Sharif Rahman.
Toledo will join Baltimore lightweight Jahmal Dyer on this card. Dyer (5-1, three KO's) will be in a four-round bout against Marcus Lugo of Vineland, NJ (0-1).
