Kisner, Amoako Hit Scales For Saturday Bouts In Pennsylvania And Alabama!

Two more Beltway Boxers will return to action in bouts that will take place on Saturday, July 16.

Baltimore, MD cruiserweight "Slick" Nick Kisner returns to action in a six-round contest against Steven Tyner of Akron, OH at the Roar At The Shore in Erie, PA.  Kisner (16-3-1, six KO's) looks to bounce back from his eight-round split decision loss to Lamont Capers on May 27 in Atlantic City, NJ.  Tyner (3-13-3, two KO's) comes off a four-round split decision draw with Alexander Dedovets on June 11 at the Presque Isle Downs Casino in Erie.

Kisner weighed 216 pounds while Tyner tipped the scales at 210.

Meanwhile at the Legacy Arena in Birmingham, AL, Silver Spring, MD-based junior welterweight Samuel "Bruno" Amoako will be in an eight-round bout against undefeated Ryan "Blue Chip" Martin of Cleveland, OH.  Amoako (21-11, 15 KO's) last fought on May 13 and lost an eight-round unanimous decision to Abner Cotto at the DC Armory.  Amoako, a native of Accra, Ghana, has lost seven in a row, his last six by unanimous decision.  Martin (14-0, nine KO's) has scored three straight knockouts including a fifth-round KO of Rosbel Montoya on April 23 in Inglewood, CA.  

Both men weighed in at 138 pounds.  This contest is on the non-televised undercard of the title bout between WBC World Heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder and challenger Chris Arreola.
