Two Beltway Boxers won six-round unanimous decisions tonight at the Sands Bethlehem Events Center in Bethlehem, PA.

In a televised contest (FS1),  Capitol Heights, MD super bantamweight Antonio "Another" Russell defeated Rudolph "Cutting Edge" Hedge of Kingston, Jamaica.  Russell went on the offensive early against his very game opponent, damaging Hedge's nose in the first round with his quick hands.  Hedge bravely tried to stay with Russell but the combinations from the younger brother of the WBC Featherweight champ, Gary Russell, Jr. proved to be too much.  Russell won by scores of 60-54 and 59-55 (twice) to remain undefeated at 7-0, five KO's.  Hedge's record falls to 10-4-3, four KO's.

On the undercard, super lightweight Mykal "The Professor" Fox of Forestville, MD scored a shutout victory over Jose Valderrama of Manati, Puerto Rico.  Fox won by scores of 60-54 across the board.  Fox also remains undefeated at 10-0, two KO's while Valderrama drops to 5-14, three KO's.
