Lightweight Patrick Harris has scored the first knockout of the night as he scored a second-round TKO over Derrick Bell of Accra, Ghana.
Harris used powerful body shots to break Bell down. Harris finally dropped Bell with a left to the body followed by a right to the head. Bell beat referee Joe Cooper's count but was not able to continue. The bout was stopped at 1:03 of the second round.
Harris is now 9-0, six KO's. Bell is 12-28-1, seven KO's.
In the ring now: Demond "D'Best At It" Nicholson of Laurel, MD taking on Joshua Okine of Accra, Ghana in an eight-round middleweight contest.
