The bout for Joel Young was scratched from the card. Also, no opponent could be found for Devin Butcher. The Womack-Harrison bout was a late addition to the card and means that Womack, of Baltimore stays busy. Womack (6-5-3, four KO's) is competing for the fourth time in less than two months including a second-round TKO over James Gooding on June 20 in Woodlawn, MD. Harrison, a native of Greensboro, NC (2-2, one KO) makes his third trip to the Beltway and second appearance at the Tall Cedars Hall. Harrison lost by six-round knockout to Jeremy Trussell at Tall Cedars on April 23.
