Landover Boxer Whitlock Signs With Banner Promotions!

Landover, MD welterweight Cornelius Whitlock has signed a promotional contract with Banner Promotions of Philadelphia, PA.  Whitlock (1-0-1, one KO).  Whitlock is slated to make his Banner debut on Friday, March 29 at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino in Verona, NY when he is slated to take on Calvin "The Gladiator" Pritchard of Toledo, OH (2-6-2) in a four-round bout.

Whitlock is coming off a solid third-round TKO over Shakur Jackson on January 31 in Staten Island, NY.  That win impressed Banner Promotions CEO Arthur Pelullo who said in a press release:

"We are very excited about this signing. We got to see Cornelius in person and we came away very impressed after he stopped Jackson and we know he has talent to become a terrific fighter.”
