Beltway Boxers Williams, Grant Added to Broner-DeMarco, Mitchell-Banks Card November 17!

Two local boxers have been added to the Saturday, November 17th card at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, NJ -- the card that features Seth Mitchell taking on Johnathon Banks in the co-feature and Adrian Broner defending his WBC Lightweight championship against Antonio DeMarco in the main event.  Mitchell, by the way, will defend his NABO Heavyweight title and will battle Banks for the vacant WBC International crown.

Undefeated Fort Washington, MD light heavyweight Thomas "Top Dog" Williams, Jr. will face off against Taneal Goyco of Philadelphia, PA in a six-round bout.  Williams (10-0, seven KO's) is coming off a first-round knockout over Harley Kilfian on August 4 in Mobile, AL.  Goyco (4-4-1, two KO's) lost a four-round unanimous decision to Todd Unthank-May on September 14 in Chester, PA.

Also, Terron "Kid" Grant of White Plains, MD will be in a four-round junior welterweight contest against Abraham Esquivel of Mission, TX.  Grant (4-0, two KO's) had a tough four-round split decision victory over Stephen Alexander on October 6 in Arlington, VA.  Esquivel (4-2, two KO's) has not fought since suffering a fifth-round TKO loss to Miguel Buendia in October of 2011 in Fort Worth, TX.
