Why was Cooper even let in the building?
Because he is Virginia's top ref.
I respect all refs and officials, but if he is VA's best they need to have a job fair. His ability as an official has been suspect for a few years now
hes vas best ref and that just tells you that they all suck. from that wierdo commissioner all the way down. what a joke that whole va boxing commission is.
Gary why would you call Cooper Va's top ref?
How do you arrive at that conclusion?.Do think it's fair for you to give him that title .Joe has been doing this for a long minute but I don't think the commission would agree
with you and neither do I.Alot of people read your blog and put alot of weight on your opinion so maybe you need to leave the task of giving out titles to the fans.
Your site is valuable to the industry and would be missed if we didn't have it now.
I say that because he is the supervisor of the officials in Virginia. He always gets the top fights in the state.
He also supervises DC's referees. I'm not saying this because of how I feel about Cooper, I'm just talking about titles.
