Congratulations to Lynchburg, VA super middleweight Scott "Cujo" Sigmon who won his first title this past Friday night, February 3. Sigmon scored a third-round knockout over Jimmy Campbell of Indianapolis, IN to win the WBC USA Super Middleweight championship at the Guilford Convention Center in Greensboro, NC.
The win raises Sigmon's record to 20-3, 11 KO's and places Sigmon in the top 15 in the WBC rankings. Campbell's record is listed as 16-5, seven KO's.
Continuing his trend of being the busiest boxer in the region, Sigmon is slated to return to the ring on Saturday, February 18 in Winchester, VA.

11-5 or 5-11 in this sport there are alot of fighters that can bust your bubble just when you think they can't regardless of their record.Bad record don't always meen bad fighter.

No big deal Campbell has been knocked out 5 times in his last 6 fights. He was even knocked out by Espinel.
Way to go Cujo... He was at the first boxing match I have ever been to- And because of him and Tori Nelson I now love this sport.:)
