Wade Wins Unanimous Decision in Salisbury!

Largo, MD middleweight Dominic Wade won a relatively easy four-round unanimous decision over Grover Young of Tennessee tonight in front of a packed house at the Wicomico Civic Center in Salisbury as well as a nationally televised ESPN2 (and ESPN 3-D) audience.

All three judges (Dave Braslow, Kenny Chevalier and Don Risher) saw the fight 40-36 in favor of Wade, who is now 10-0, eight KO's. Young loses for the first time and he is 4-1, two KO's.

The main event -- Fernando Guerrero vs. Derrick Findley for Guerrero's NABF title -- is coming up. On the telecast, ESPN analyst Teddy Atlas did a nice "Fight Plan" with young boxers from the Main Street Gym in Salisbury.
