Antuanne Russell tipped the scales at 138 pounds for his six-round contest against late sub Keasen Freeman of Aiken, SC at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY. Freeman weighed in at 139.6 pounds. Freeman, a native of Aiken, SC, is undefeated at 4-0, two KO's.
This bout looks like it will open the card which features the WBC Heavyweight championship bout between champion Deontay Wilder and challenger Luis Ortiz as well as the Interim IBF Super Middleweight championship rematch between champ Andre Dirrell and challenger Jose Uzcategui. Those bouts will be shown on Showtime.
