Waldorf, MD super lightweight Mike "Yes, Indeed" Reed has a big challenge coming up on Saturday, March 10th when he takes on undefeated Arnold Barboza, Jr. of Los Angeles, CA at the StubHub Center in Carson, CA. The 10-round bout will be televised nationally by ESPN.
Reed (23-1, 12 KO's) looks to bounce back from his second-round TKO loss to Jose Carlos Ramirez on November 11th in Fresno, CA. That bout was also televised by ESPN.
Barboza, Jr. (17-0, six KO's) comes off an eight-round unanimous decision win over Jonathan Chicas on August 5th in Los Angeles. This will be Barboza's first scheduled 10-round contest.
The telecast of this card is scheduled to begin at 10 PM ET.
