Thomas Williams, Jr. tipped the scales at 170.6 pounds for his 10-round bout against Humberto Velasco Saturday at the Don Haskins Event Center in El Paso, TX. Velasco came in at 170.2 pounds.
The bout is part of the Victor Ortiz-Devin Alexander card that will be televised on Fox. The Williams-Velasco bout is not scheduled to be shown on the telecast that begins at 8 PM ET.
