'Tank' Davis Returns To National TV June 3!

Undefeated Baltimore, MD lightweight Gervonta "Tank" Davis returns to action and to national television when he faces former world title contender Mario "Huracan" Macias Rorozco of Iztacalco, Distrito Federal, Mexico in an eight-round encounter on Friday, June 3 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, FL.  The bout will be shown on Spike TV.

Davis (15-0, 14 KO's) is coming off a sixth-round TKO over Guillermo Avila on April 1 in front of a packed house and a nationally-televised audience at the DC Armory in Washington, DC.  The Rorozco bout will be Davis's fourth straight appearance on national television.

Rorozco (28-18, 14 KO's) has won two of his last three bouts including a seventh-round stoppage of Mateo Perez Vasquez on May 6 in Chiapas, Mexico.  In December of 2011, Rorozco challenged Koki Kameda for the WBA Bantamweight title in Osaka, Japan, losing by fourth-round knockout.

The telecast will begin at 9 PM ET.
