Laurel, MD middleweight Demond "D Best At It" Nicholson returns to action on Friday, May 29 when he takes on German "Zurdo" Perez of Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico at the Stadium Holiday Inn in Philadelphia, PA. The bout will be the first scheduled eight-round contest for Nicholson.
Nicholson (12-1, 12 KO's) is coming off a second-round TKO over Edgar Perez (no relation) on March 20 in Woodlawn, MD. German Perez (11-1-3, three KO's) is undefeated in his last seven bouts including an eight-round unanimous decision win over Mario Alberto Mondragon on March 15 in Zacatecas, Mexico. This is the first time competing in the United States for Perez.
