Card Is Complete For Saturday Night in Springfield!

The Jeter Promotions/RBA Promotions card for Saturday, December 6 at the ABC Sports Complex in Springfield, VA is ready to go.

Fresh off his 10-round majority decision win over Jimmy Lange on November 15 in Fairfax, VA, co-promoter and  NABA US Middleweight champ Tony "Mo Better" Jeter (18-4-1, 12 KO's) will take on James Wayka of Mounds View, MN in a 10-round non-title bout.

Wayka (16-12-1, eight KO's) has faced stiff competition during his career including Nick Casal, Harry Joe Yorgey, Dimitry Salita and Jesse Lubash.  Wayka has been stopped in three rounds or less in his last four contests.

In the co-feature, undefeated and interim WBC Fecarbox Super Middleweight champion "The King's Son" Jerry Odom of Bowie, MD will face the only man to take him the distance in a bout -- Edgar Perez of Chicago, IL -- in a six-round rematch contest.

Odom and Perez fought at the ABC Sports Complex on April 26 and Odom won by four-round unanimous decision.

Odom (12-0, 11 KO's) won his title in his last outing, scoring a seventh-round TKO over previously undefeated Vilier Quinonez on July 25 in Verona, NY.  Perez (6-12, three KO's) has lost two straight since his last appearance in Springfield on June 14 when he upset previously undefeated Lavarn Harvell by six-round unanimous decision, knocking Harvell down twice along the way.

Also on the card, undefeated Montgomery Village, MD junior middleweight Gerome Quigley will take on Chorles Parker of Wilson, NC in a four-round bout.

Quigley (5-0, four KO's) scored a first-round knockout over Cedric Coney on October 11 at the ABC Complex.  Parker (1-4, one KO) made his pro debut in Washington, DC in May of 2013 and was brutally knocked out by Patrick Coye.  Parker bounced back from the loss and scored a first-round knockout of his own in his second contest.  Since that win, however, Parker has been stopped in his last three bouts.

Undefeated Baltimore, MD super featherweight Glenn Dezurn returns to action in a four-rounder against debuting Ronald McGriff of North Carolina.  Dezurn (5-0, three KO's) won a four-round unanimous decision over Joshua Reyes on October 24 in Somerset, NJ.

Rookie heavyweight Mike Balogun of Upper Marlboro, MD (2-0, two KO's) will face off against debuting Cody Troutman of North Carolina.  Balogun has scored two solid knockouts in his first two contests.

Also, Loui Alexandre of Maryland battles Montreal Mathis of North Carolina in a battle of debuting heavyweights.
