Farmer Stops Coca In First; Williamson Wins in Second!

Our first two bouts have completed.  Tevin Farmer stopped Dominic Coca at 1:41 in the first round.  Farmer dropped Coca with a left hook early in the first then completed the job with a left to the body.

Farmer is now 17-4, three KO's while Coca is 8-10, two KO's.

Our second contest is one of the few knockouts caused by sheer exhaustion of the losing boxer simply because he was trying so hard to avoid being hit.

At 6'7" and 250 pounds, Columbia, MD heavyweight Stan Williamson had a huge size over opponent Juwan Love of Concord, NC, who was making his pro debut.  Love was determined to avoid the possibly punishing blows of Williamson.

So he ran around the ring.  And ran. And landed a couple of punches, followed by more running. Williamson landed some punches but Love kept running and dodging.  So much so that he got tired enough that the combination of punches and running made him take a knee.  Seconds later, Love took another knee for the 10-count and the bout was over at 1:20 of the second round.

Williamson is now 3-0, three KO's.

Up next:  Mario "Bazooka" Flores (4-1-2, three KO's takes on Christian Pittman of Baton Rouge, LA (3-4). Four rounds, light heavyweights.
