I came across a very nice perspective on the recent Gary Russell, Jr-Vasyl Lomachenko contest from someone who has competed at the highest level of the boxing business.
Beltway Boxing legend and former NABF and IBC Welterweight champion Derrell "Two Sweet" Coley put together a short video with his comments about the bout. They are very insightful and I wanted to share them with you.

Derrell "Two Sweet" Coley is talking from personal experience. He's just using the Russell Jr. fight to talk to every fighter. Those gears Derrell is talking about is something that EVERY fighter needs to have. Thanks Derrell for putting the video together.
