Undefeated Bowie, MD super middleweight "The King's Son" Jerry Odom returns quickly to action this Saturday, December 14 in a six-round contest at the Mustang Crossfit Fitness Center in Oakridge, NC.
Odom (6-0, six KO's, one NC) fought just 10 days ago and won a first-round TKO over Eric Moon on December 4 in New York City. This is Odom's first scheduled six-round contest. However, Odom has yet to be taken past the first round in any contest.
Odom's opponent will be Marcus Brooks of Fort Benning, GA by way of Puerto Rico (7-17, three KO's), who will be the most experienced foe Odom has faced. Brooks has lost 11 straight including losses to Beltway Boxers Antoine Douglas and Dominic Wade.
Odom is slated to participate on a ShoBox undercard in Memphis, TN on January 17.
