BATB has learned that the next bout for Brandywine, MD heavyweight Seth "Mayhem" Mitchell will be a 12-round contest against Chris "The Nightmare" Arreola of Escondido, CA on Friday, September 6 at the Fantasy Springs Casino in Indio, CA. The bout will be shown on a special Friday edition of Showtime Championship Boxing.
No word on if Mitchell (26-1-1, 19 KO's) will defend his NABO or WBC International titles that he won in his last outing -- a 12-round unanimous decision win over Johnathon Banks on June 22 in Brooklyn, NY. Arreola (35-3, 30 KO's) will try to bounce back from his 12-round unanimous decision loss to Bermane Stiverne on April 27 in Ontario, CA. Arreola suffered a broken nose in that contest but says his nose is just fine now.
Mitchell is ranked number two by the WBC, Arreola is ranked third and lost to Stiverne who is ranked number one.

good bye Seth
hmsolloo yes go to sleep go to sleep
Would love to see him do it but, Seth has a Glass Chin!
If this were WWE it would be a loser retires match.
It looked like Banks had no interest
in winning the rematch. When Al Haymon has both players its hard to tell how it turns out
now thats a great fight for Seith not a big guy or a big puncher.Al is starting to cash in on his fighters because he got both fighters just like Garcia Mythesse
If Chris is in shape he will stop Seth in 5 rounds. IF Chris is in shape that means he knows it is his last oppourtuntiy and that he is going to make the most of it. IF the fight goes past 5 Seth will probably win because he has better conditioning than chris. Chris will go for a ko as seth has a suspect chin
