Mitchell Rematch With Banks Set for June 22 in Brooklyn!

The rematch between Brandywine, MD heavyweight Seth "Mayhem" Mitchell and Johnathon Banks of Detroit, MI will be held on Saturday, June 22 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY.  This will be a co-feature bout that will be on the Adrian Broner-Paul Malinaggi card and will be televised by Showtime.

This bout is the rematch of the November 17 bout where Mitchell lost for the very first time in his pro career. Mitchell (25-1-1, 19 KO's) suffered three knockdowns during the contest.  The rematch was originally set for February 16 in Atlantic City but Banks (29-1-1, 19 KO's) broke his thumb 10 days before the contest.

Oh nice. Malinagi may show him a little heart. But The Problem will shut him down. Thanks Digital!

Give Seth a chance...he might pull this one off. However, I agree that he might get KO'd if he's not prepared mentally. Hopefully, the delay in this fight might help Seth work on his defense. This is definitely a big fight for him. I pray that Seth gets the victory. Seth will be okay.
