Ferhadi Wins Tough Unanimous Decision!

In what was a very exciting contest, Devar "The Warrior" Ferhadi wins a four-round unanimous decision over a very game PJ Cajigas of Franklin Park, IL.  Ferhadi did a nice job going to the head, however, the body shots Ferhadi has become known for in his young career were few and far between.  Cajigas dropped Ferhadi right at the end of the third round but the knockdown was ruled after the bell.

Ferhadi wins by scores of 40-36 (twice) and 39-37.

Ferhadi is 3-0, two KO's while Cajigas is 0-1-1.

Up next, Gervonta Davis vs. Jacob Ninow.

How does a guy get knocked down and still score 40 in a four rounder. Pat needs to concentrate on officiating as much as matchmaking!!

To answer the question, the knockdown was ruled after the bell, so it didn't count on the scorecard. Ferhadi was winning the round at that time on two of the cards.
