We've received word that Fort Washington, MD light heavyweight Thomas "Top Dog" Williams, Jr. has stopped Jason Smith of West Virginia in the third round tonight at the BB&T Center in Sunrise, FL.
According to Phil Doherty of Fightnews.com, Williams turned Smith into a bloody mess, using hooks and uppercuts throughout the contest. Williams dropped Smith twice before the bout was stopped at 1:56 of the third round.
Williams is now 12-0, nine KO's. Smith is now 8-2, six KO's.
