Nice event, nice crowd!
ReplyDeleteThe show was a great success. There was a great crowd and it appears that Dusty not fighting on the show had no effect of the turn out. I was really confused because Dusty trains out of rosecroft and I thought it would have been a good coming out performance for his hometown but it appears he was not missed. I hope that decision does not hurt him bring on future shows. Keystone boxing is doing an outstanding job promoting, matchmaker Brian is also doing a good job with the matches. I would prefer to come out to Rosecroft and support the show rather than the convention center. Good move!
ReplyDeleteThat was a smaller arena used it wouldn't been able to hold Dusty's fans
DeleteLC are you reading that last comment? She can't stop; I swear she wasn't even there. LMAO
ReplyDeleteDid you hear anything about juice having a show this week
ReplyDeleteI have not heard. The only amateur show coming up that I am aware of is the card at Club One Fitness on February 9. I will be posting about that by the end of the week.
ReplyDeleteDusty is fighting on the Danny Garcia vs Zab Judah under-card Feb 9th. Barclay Center in NY. Catch-weight 142 lbs. Dino Dell Camp fighter from Philly.
ReplyDeleteI have spoken to Buddy about that and that is not true. Dusty is NOT fighting on the Garcia-Judah card.
ReplyDeleteWhat is up with Jimmy Lange. Will he fight again ?
ReplyDeleteIs Mike Reed turning pro
ReplyDeleteAs far as Jimmy Lange is concerned, the date of March 9 at the Patriot Center is still on the table when I last checked back in December but no word on who the opponent is. That is subject to change.
ReplyDeleteI have heard Mike Reed does indeed plan to turn pro this year. He was slated to appear on an amateur show last Saturday in Baltimore but his opponent did not show. There are reports that he wants to wait until after the USA Nationals, so if he does, it may not happen until the final quarter of the year.
National Golden Gloves champ Gervonta "Tank" Davis of Baltimore had his amateur swan song on that card in Baltimore last Saturday and does plan to turn pro very soon.
This just in: Mike Reed's last amateur bout is now slated to be on Tony Jeter's February 9th card at Club One. Later today, I will post details on that. This is interesting.
