A very good evening from the Waldorf Jaycees in Waldorf, MD! The Regional Golden Gloves will get underway in about 30 minutes.
This is scheduled to be a 16-bout card and we do have a couple of updates for you. In the Open 178-pound final, Jerry Odom of Bowie,MD will face Pablo Velez of Raleigh, NC.
Danny Kelly of DC is the first local to punch his ticket to the Nationals in Mesquite, NV. Kelly wins by walkover in the 201+ pound class.
